The entire experience was awesome!!! Had always wanted to try whitewater rafting and this was the perfect company (and river our guide told us) to experience our first time--this was part of a family trip for my 60th birthday. Recommend getting the full wetsuit offered since the water was cold. The entire staff--from the office fitting you in your wetsuits, the bus driver providing information on the area and watching our belongings while on the river, to the patient and talented guide we had all provided superb customer service! Wanted to extend a huge thank you and kudos to our guide "Capt. Tucker" who provided great instructions & encouragement, eased my nervousness, made us laugh, and took very good care of us to keep us safe during our way down the river. There are sections of rapids and others you are just floating so can enjoy the scenery/wildlife too and take a break from paddling! There is a short hike back to the bus--doable but just wanted to mention so aware. My son, husband & I all really enjoyed this adventure!!! Highly recommend if going to Jackson Hole--you'll be glad you did!

Fun trip. Water was low but made a beautiful, easy float through the canyon. Zac, our guide, was engaging, delightful and made our trip entertaining.

Amazing experience! The company had everything down pat and it went super smooth from the arrival to drop off. The wet suits were a must in September because the water was freezing! Fun rapids and also relaxing floating areas. Our guide, Bryce, was great. He kept us all safe while having fun. Only suggestion would be to offer wet suit gloves or mittens as your hands get very cold. We also had a full boat with some rambunctious teens as part of a large family while the other boat only had 8 people who were all adults so we kind of wished we were on that boat. Only gripe is that they grossly overcharge for the photos that are taken during the trip so we didn’t buy any. Next time we would make sure to bring a phone in a waterproof lanyard bag.
