Wet suits? Maybe. Are you going to get wet? Absolutely. Our guide was Matt and he was great. Very knowledgeable about the river and just great at making everyone comfortable. We were one of 4 couples on our raft. The lunch counter is where it’s at so be ready. When we saw the pictures, we were dying- Matt definitely knew when the camera was on! But it makes for a great souvenir photo.

So glad we did this experience while staying in Jackson. The moments you float down the river take you into your own US teen camp movie - to then be thrown into some rapids and a drenching. Such great fun - and the setting just can't be beat. For a first timer who was scared of falling into the river - no problems here! Would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area - and Jackson Hole Whitewater take care of everything - all you need to do is turn up to their office and enjoy the day!

My family and I enjoyed our afternoon with JHWW. Sam, our guide, was excellent, making sure that we hit all of the "big rapids". My kids had an awesome time riding the rapids and taking a short swim beside the boat in the Snake. We did a full day starting with Jackson Hole Safari in the morning and white water rafting in the afternoon. Lunch was provided. It was great. Combining these two activities was a great way to spend the day with our family while enjoying some of the adventures Jackson Hole offers!
