Our tour guide was very nice and informative but the experience was robotic and rushed. We only went to 2 spots that were odd. A parking lot and a small apartment that had construction supplies in it. I would choose the other company next time to compare the experience

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience. I'm glad you enjoyed the guide and the information she gave you. I'm surprised to hear you say it felt robotic and rushed, as a majority of the customers write reviews of feeling her passion for Jerome's history and the spirits that linger here. Her history is very thorough and never rushed. I would like to also point out that we are the ONLY tour company in town that has indoor locations and exclusive locations that you can only get access to through us. On the Jerome Ghost Walk we take you to the location of Jerome's first Hospital, it may now be a parking lot, but that is some customers favorite location because of how active it can be with the spirit's communication. In addition it is a great advantage point to show the visuals which coincide with the history given. The second location is the Church where you get additional history and time to communicate with the spirits from the cemetery there. We then give some more history along the way in front of the building the shop is in and the third location is the Haskins apartment, where you get additional history and more ghost hunting time ( which too has been some customers favorite location) There are only so many locations we can offer in an hours time. In any case we realize we will have those few customers that we can't satisfy 100%.

Our guide Courtney was great- obviously had a deep knowledge of Jerome history and had a true paranormal enthusiast vibe. Wasn’t just memorizing some facts for the tourists. I was pleasantly surprised to find out we’d be using “spirit boxes”- those static generating devices you see on ghost hunter shows for capturing EVPs- and was hoping for a couple of vague sounds from the many boxes dispensed to our large group to keep things interesting. I’m a skeptic, but have to admit, unless there was some monkey business afoot (which I doubt), some genuinely unexplainable responses came from those boxes that Halloween night, including my own! Got a clear, unmistakable “Sure” following a yes/no type question and others in the group had some startling results as well. Definitely recommended for fans of the strange.

My boyfriend and I had the best time! Jay was a knowledgeable tour guide and we had a great time with him. We made contact several times! We loved it so much we are coming back on our last day in Arizona to do the Pandora’s box tour!
