We had a terrible experience. The tour guide spent more time tending to his dog then giving us a properly guided tour. One of our family members got very ill and needed to leave. She waited until the tour was officially over, handed her gear to another party member who was in our group and ran back to the hotel to get some medicine. Unfortunately that party did not return her gear to the company for her and the company made us pay for it. Be aware that you may be stuck in a group with people who are loud, obnoxious, and they may steal your equipment. I have done many ghost tours throughout the United States and Canada and this was the absolute worst. I would never recommend it.

We are animal lovers here! We have a Frenchie and a tabby cat that we bring to the office. They are our mascots and are loved my many customers who come in to visit. People like to play with them before the tour. This group didn't like the animals and that is fine but no need to be sour that the rest of the tour group was playing with the animals before the tour departed. Never trust anyone who doesn't like animals ;) jk Note, the animals were not on the tour. This is a plain and clear case. Nothing of what this customer said was about the tour being bad. Simply that a family member got sick and gave their equipment to other guests on the tour and got charged for it when it was not returned. That was not wise regardless of being sick. First off, the tour was not over. I gave bonus time and they joined. The mother and daughter left during the bonus time. The father and son stayed. When the mother and daughter left instead of giving their equipment to me (the tour guide) or her husband or son who stuck around, who were all in close proximity, she decided to give her equipment to others guests, stranger who she doesn't know and they were young kids not adults. So when we get back to the office everyone turned in their equipment except for the mother and daughter who left. The husband calls her and she said her stomach hurt and had to use the restroom. She didn't need medicine as I heard her on speaker phone phone say she has diarrhea. If the ghosts didn't get her the Haunted Hamburger did ;) jk So she gave the equipment to the kids on the other group. Well if that was the case they didn't turn it back in. I heard her on speaker phone with her husband calling the other families kids thieves and that we better get it back. The mother made a mistake. She should have given me or her husband the equipment not to some strangers. So when it comes up missing they don't want to take responsibility. We explain very clearly as everyone signs in " you are responsible for your equipment" and make everyone sign a waiver agreeing. They took it from our office, we ask that you return it to our office. If you have to leave, return it to your tour guide or husband and this could have all been avoided. So this customer is not upset about the quality of the tour, they are upset that they got charged for equipment they didn't return. It was their responsibility plain and simple. The dog was not on the tour, she didn't need medicine just a bathroom, she didn't give the equipment to a member of her party but to a complete stranger underage. They are falsely twisting the facts in this review. And if the other group was loud and obnoxious why would you give them your equipment? This customer accuses the other group of stealing in their review. Admitting that they didn't return the equipment. It's a shame when grown adults can't take responsibility for their mistakes and wants others to pay for it. If not by money then by review. And how is other guests being loud in your opinion make our company bad? That could happen in line at Starbucks. Are they a horrible company now too? If I rent a movie from Redbox and give it to a stranger walking up to Redbox and ask them to return it and they don't, is that Redbox's fault? I shouldn't be charged for the movie? Yes, absolutely I should because it was my responsibility to return what I rented. I will take blame when I'm responsible but this review is shameful on your part. Btw they told us this was their first ghost tour but in the review they are a connoisseurs for ghost tours.
