They accommodated my dad as a last-minute additional rider which made it possible for my parents and I to have the experience together. We appreciated the safety & instructional chat at the beginning to calm our nerves a bit. Overall, riding out to Sanibel lighthouse was a perfect balance of open water and fresh air while taking in the sights - there was no pressure to go super fast and we took our own pace. Perhaps most importantly, the safety instruction chat came in handy when my parents fell into the water. They were so calm and kind to help them get back onboard. Looking forward to next year!

Highly recommend!! Exceptional customer service! Was very flexible in their scheduling in scheduling around rainstorms and my son's baseball tournament schedule.

Very friendly and pacient. It was great fun to ride with these jetskies! It was no Problem to rescedule because of the weather.
