Scam Scam Scam.. They will steal your money.. Two groups before we got on one of the operators was attemting to dock the jet ski and rode it up on the ramp extremely aggressive. The group before we got on was returning and the police complained about how they were operating the jet ski. When it was our turn there were no waivers signed and no inspection of the jet skis only refueling. And a collection of a $200 DEPOSIT PER JETSKI. (I rented 3 of them) We go out on the tour, enjoy ourselves. No issues or accidents on the water. Immediately upon our return the owner points out damage to a jet ski that im on and denies my deposit. Not only did I not cause any damage to the jetski I was on..but he kept the other $400 to the other two jet skis I rented that have no damage at all to them. He clearly stated $200 per jetski when the transaction was made. Police was called but nothing they could do because it’s a civil matter. Police agreed that the money should be returned and that the owners sounded shady. They probably pull this scam at the end of each because we were the last group of the day. Shady business is done here. Unprofessional. Theives. Stay away from them. Lawsuit will be filed immediately when I return home.

Actually our company has never had a review like this and I you know your in the wrong because you are trying to bash our business with a bad review. If you didn't do it you would have sent us a email explaining the situation and we would have tried to work it out. WE USE OUR equipment EVERY DAY FOR OUR LIVING WE WANT EVERYBODY TO HAVE A GREAT TIME ON OUR TOURS WE THRIVE FOR PERFECTION . DAVID 954-462-7266

I want to first start off by saying initially this seemed like a great idea. We we arrived we were explained that anyone riding under 33 needed to complete a boat test. Not a problem. They all passed. We had about two groups that had to go before so it was at least a 3 hour wait. No problem it’s beautiful out, it’s a market up the street so we could be occupied while waiting our turn. Time passes and now it’s my family’s turn. They take them on the dock, put the life vest on and put them in the water no long talks or anything. So they go out with an instructor who actually had my Husband help him with people in the water. Fast forward to their return. Everyone gets off the jet ski, returns to get the deposit “200 per jet ski” we rented 3 and someone goes out and says “o no who was on 6”? My Husband and son were. So they proceeded to tell us that the same person they had helping the instructor put a hole in the ski. No way shape for or fashion could be prove that. So moving forward if it’s 200 dollar deposit “per jet ski” than you keep the 200 for the ski “you claim he damaged” not the entire 600 for other jet skis that were not damaged. It just doesn’t make sense. After having this conversation with the “person in charge” which doesn’t work on jet skis proceeded to tell us that is was more than 200 worth of damage. However be that case it’s a 200 dollar deposit per ski, not 600. I wanted him to help me make it make sense. If someone rented one ski and it came back damaged with more than 200 dollars worth, how would he handle that? Keep the 200 and deal with the rest. Also the picture that was taken by the instructor as soon as they got to the speed zone the boat already had a hole in that he said Nothing about. This company is being ran by a bunch of scam artist who will talk you into paying cash for your deposit so that in the end they can say you damaged something and keep the money and split it amongst themselves. Completely insane. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. -1000 stars. 👎🏽 Ski #6 don’t let them tell you that you damaged it and keep Your deposit. That is their scam ski!!!!!
