Giorgi was phenomenal at accommodating our group on our arrival from LGA to NYC. He provided first class service and made sure to go over and beyond in coordinating the arrival of all the ladies on our trip. He let us play our favorite music and served champagne. We arrived to NYC in style!

Awful service. The limo was over 30 minutes late. The drinks were hot and the driver had the nerve to say we should have requested ice in advance. The driver did not leave the inside lights on and when my daughter entered the limo she fell and hit her head on the bar. The driver only argued with us and never apologized.

Dear customer, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations! As you can see from other reviews, we are known as a caring company about our customers. Bad reviews actually give us power as a retailer, give an opportunity to use your brand voice, to right your wrongs and to deliver stellar customer service — and to do it publicly, where potential customers can see it. The limousine was at the parking lot with the engine off. the driver was putting the luggage inside the trunk, and take pictures of you by the limousine. When limousine has the lights off, people need to wait outside when the driver put lights on. We are so sorry your kid hit the head, but it was not the driver's fault. Each our limousine has a fridge by the driver, not necessary to put them in the ice if all refreshments are always cold. And yes, Ice is only for champagne service. We can’t fix the past but you have my personal commitment to improving the way our staff serves every customer. Until then, please accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team.

We were picked up from JFK with no problem, even though our flight was late. The driver knew to come later and was waiting for us as planned. He was pleasant and professional. He was kind enough to let me use his cell phone when I couldn't use mine, so that was awesome, too. Thanks again and see you again soon, King and Queen Limo!!🤩
