First before the tour started we were on the wrong foot. There is NO child ticket option nor a disclaimer that all kids need an adult ticket. We had a 5 year old and an 11 year old. After paying for 6 adult tickets, over $300, i thought kids were included. No. So our guide had to call his boss and he did give us half price for both kids. My 11 year old fell asleep and the 5 year old doesn’t understand. That’s $60 down the drain. The tour itself was ok. It was neat to see the spots, however the tour guide was not the best. He lightweight made us feel dumb/bad for not knowing hardly anything (that’s WHY we took this tour. To learn) but also felt the need to show us his friends house and mention several times that when his parents moved into the neighborhood houses were 15,000, now they are 350,000 🙄

Great two hour tour. Matt was excellent with stories and truly made you wonder. A bit of walking and then to the Rooming house. Unique for sure. Worth the money.
