Easy pickup. Comfortable & affordable but because of traffic took nearly 3 hours. Driver friendly & helpful.

We waited far far too long for our driver to arrive. We had to chase the company up twice. The wait was over an hour after we made the initial phone call to say we were ready. Then we were in a crowded mini van with an irritable driver whose driving was erratic and sometimes unpredictable. It would have been much quicker and easier to take a train.

The shuttle did not show up. I waited over an hour. And Viator was no help. Terrible experience. I was being told someone is on there way and no one ever came.
