Just north of Palm Springs lies one of nature's majestic creations, Joshua Tree National Park. In the comfort of an enclosed, climate-controlled vehicle your guide will take you on an extensive all paved road tour through the stunning rock formations and otherworldly landscape of the Mojave Desert.
This activity has a 2 person requirement for the tour to run. If you are a single rider, please call first.
NOTICE: EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025 ALL JOSHUA TREE TOURS WILL REQUIRE GUESTS TO PAY THEIR OWN $15 ENTRY FEE UPON ENTERING THE PARK. ENTRY FEES WILL NO LONGER BE INCLUDED IN THE BIG WHEEL TOURS PRICING. PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH A FORM OF PAYMENT (CREDIT CARD) TO ACCOMMODATE THIS NEW POLICY. THANK YOU!

Jeff was great! He was patient and wanted us to get the best photo ops. It took about 40 minutes to get out there from Palm Springs, so it would’ve been hard to take an actual hike. But, if you want a little experience with hiking out there, it’s good to let your driver know right away, so there could be a little time devoted to a short hike, as said in the description of this tour. Jeff was very knowledgeable, and accommodating. It’s an excellent overview of the park and the trails, so if able to go back, I’d know where I’d most like to spend my time. I’m so happy I was able to take this tour, would highly recommend this experience! The landscape is not to be missed it you can make the time. I went on the 7am and still had time to spend by the pool after I got back!

Jeff, our guide, was awesome! Really enjoyed Hidden Valley and capping off the drive with sunset at Keys View. Jeff's knowledge and custom-tailoring the drive to the requests of his guests was wonderful. Nice work!

Amazing scenery coupled with information from our guide, Isobel. Just a fantastic half day trip! A perfect way to experience the park for the first time as a solo traveller.
