This review is not in regards to my trip (because I wasn’t able to go due to weather) but rather my experience with how they handled the cancellation. They didn’t.
At the time of our pickup, I called the office to see what had happened and was told that all flights had been cancelled for the morning and we had been refunded. I have no problem with cancellations due to weather, however, I would have appreciated a call or email to notify me. We were off the boat with nothing to do and little time to schedule a backup plan. Poorly handled to say the least.

I am sorry you experienced Juneau when the weather was bad. My records show that you called in at 7:55am and your tour was scheduled for a 8:15am. The 8:15am tour is our first tour of the day and the weather call for this departure came in at 7:50am. Please understand it does take some time when having to call or make contact with 15 plus parties. I apologizes you were not notified in more of a timely manner but we make our weather calls departure by departure to ensure the most accurate decision. We only do helicopter flights and we were not operating so there was no back up options with our company. Unfortunately, your ship was only in port for half the day so we were unable to reschedule you to a later time. I hope you and your party were able to find something to do while you were in Juneau for the morning.
