Had a wonderful day. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Fortunately the weather cooperated for the most part and we were able to get a great view of the canyon.

Miss K our driver was really nice. She shared a lot of stories about the island. Our group was very happy. We have fun and I will come back here again.

From previous reviews we were anticipating being underwhelmed. The positives are a hotel pick up, a superbly comfortable bus, and visits to some places you might not be able to get to without a car. It is not an adventure, and it certainly did not deliver what the brochure promised. We expected a personal greeting, and at least some commentary as we travelled to and from the gorge. We didn't stop at the Hanapepe swing bridge, Mariko gallery, didn't do a Puu Hinahina rim walk, didn't visit Kekaha beach park, and the visit to the Coffee plantation was a buying opportunity at the coffee shop.No stroll through the coffee orchard or see " the entire coffee process" The lunch was not at the waimea cottages- pre ordered hamburgers and salads were picked up and consumed at Koke'e 40 minutes later. What was the company thinking about? soggy cold chips and buns? We are well travelled and can take the swings with the round abouts, but this was an expensive bus ride, and frankly the company should front up with an apology for fraudulent advertising and shoddy catering arrangements. Frankly, they can't possibly deliver the programme in the time available.
