I went to the 8:30AM session. It lasted for about 1 hour. We started off with active meditation, stretching and raising awareness, then moved on to some power yoga, and finished with more stretching, twisting and relaxation. Overall a great yoga class, very relaxing that filled me with good vibes for the rest of the day. I would totally recommend! Being already active, the session was not an actual work out for me, but... that's not really what yoga is about anyway.
The sound and sight of the ocean was an amazing addition to what was a very nice yoga class to begin with. It started raining halfway through and we retreated to the hotel lounge to finish the session.
