Kayaking over the seagrass flats is where you may find the smaller marine creatures. Such as sea stars, sea urchins, whelks, conchs, and hermit crabs. Each trip is unique and led by a certified Florida Master Naturalist. It’s one thing to see wildlife but another to learn how each creature and tree is all connected. Every day is a new adventure.

This experience was a smash hit. Janda was our guide and she didn’t disappoint in the slightest. She was extremely personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was great talking to her about the gorgeous plants and animals we saw on our trip. I would highly recommend this trip for any couples or families that want to explore Florida’s Mangrove forests and animals. This tour is very interactive and packed with information. Just don’t forget to bring a hat and some sun screen, the sun can really sneak up on you out there. We will definitely remember to recommend Janda and this company for our future guests at our condo.

My family went on a guided kayak tour. Our guide Nicole really knows her stuff, telling us all about the marine life, plants, and ecosystem. We got to hold a starfish and some various snails, which were the highlight. I was impressed that they made sure to take pictures of the tour and texted the library to us later in the day. Many companies would charge extra for that, so it was a nice bonus. All in all, a fun, relaxing trip!
