Team that helped us were amazing ! It was a great experience. We were able to see Manta rays up close and personal. Highly recommend booking with them. Can’t wait to go back!

This was an amazing excursion. The captain and out guide were amazing. There were 9 sting rays when we went out at 9PM. The skimmed along side us while feeding. I got great underwater video. My family LOVED this excursion. We had been out all day and brought our swim suits and snorkels with us. There was no bathroom or area to change. The woman at the van giving directions and wet suits out was rude and seemed like she wasn't very happy or was irritated before we even got started. I was told to literally stand by the van and change (with my adult kids and daughters boyfriend right there out in the open) or go to the nearest hotel and use their bathroom. Apparently the bathrooms there are padlocked at night. They did not have my size wet suit (Medium) so she laid out 2 larger suits for me while I was searching for a place to privately get changed which was NOT in front of my kids/daughter's boyfriend. She got upset with me because the incoming group laid their used wet suits on top of the dry suit I did not use. She was the only bad part of the experience. The fellas were great. I am normally a good tipper however I chose not to tip based on the lack of changing area and her poor attitude/customer service.

We had a great time. Staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The whole experience went smoothly, and while there were not many rays out, even being close to the few we saw was breathtaking. I understand it was a slow night for rays (part of the risk you run—they are wild animals after all), it was still well worth it!
