The customer service was appalling, there was no tour guide provide in the fee, the tour are actually those employed at the Kenny’s space centre, it’s misleading. There is only 1 cafe that is open and it only sells junk food, no healthy options, the tour did not inform about this so take your own food if you eat healthy, they did not give information about weather so take a raincoat, there is no comfortable undercover seating.

Thank you very much for your input, we understand that the customer service could be appalling when the answers given are not the ones you want to hear. The ticket combo purchased included transportation to and from the Kennedy Space Center (KSC), and admission only to the KSC. Private tours are available at an extra charge and those need to be purchase directly at KSC. We can list a number of restaurants here; Orbit Café, Space Bowl Bistro, Moon Rock Café, Imax Snax, Planet Play Lounge, Red Rock Grill, etc. They all have vegetarian and gluten free choices. Regarding the weather; the State of Florida does have a sub-tropical climate which means that rain is possible and that is something we can't control. In the event of rain, KSC has plenty of buildings where you can go in and wait while learning about everything they have to offer. As always, we appreciate your comments.

Enjoyed the air boat tour and space center. Unfortunately I would advise to avoid using Citytours if at all possible. Their ‘contracted’ method of return meant that we were on the bus for 40 minutes longer than needed as they drop off in order of pick up. This should be clearer. Also the attitude of the person I spoke to was quite shocking and they genuinely didn’t care.

We are very sorry you were not happy with our service. Our pick up and drop off schedule is exactly the same as all other companies. The first picked up is the last dropped off .... to be completely fair to all guest on the bus.
