I found this a very informative and amazing place to see the actual space ships and what they did to make it happen. Do the bus trip first, as it take a lot of time. They drop you off at another building that has the Apollo space ship in it, you can take a much time as you want there before catching another bus back to the visitor center. The ship Atlantis is mounted inside the very large building where the bus drops you off. Be sure you go inside, the space ship Atlantis us mounted in there. Be sure to talk to the docent, the guy was an engineer that actually worked on it. He was very informative. We did the launch experience; they make you put all your stuff in free locker. Which is because of shaking. It wasn't that intense at all. Shook the crap out of you was the biggest thing.

Only thing we didn't like was ridiculous wait for bus to get back to main complex.............wait was to long

Our visit to the Kennedy Space Center was fantastic. Our booking with Viator was terrible. Booking also caused us to lose more than an hour straightening out our pre-arranged visit. Was supposed to help us skip the lines! I read on Trip Advisor that many others had difficulty with their Viator booking, but I thought that I would be OK learning from their experiences and being ready for complications. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts of making sure I had my tickets in hand, none of the barcodes for admission worked at the entrance. I had to go to a long line at Will Call. Agent knew exactly what to do because “this always happens with Viator”. “Many times every day. Unfortunately she was unable to fix my problem and I had to call customer service at Viator and have them email my tickets to the Cape Kennedy Will Call window. Viator agent knew exactly what I needed and didn’t need me to tell him the correct email address. Apparently happens several times a day. One hour later we got into Kennedy Space Center, but had a much shortened visit because of Viator’s voucher incompetence
