The Kennedy Space center would have to be one of the best presented and preserved institutions - in the world! For us mere mortals to be able to see the actual launch pad equipment used when man first landed on the moon in 1969, and a lot of information about the trip and the success and failures which led up to it, and magnificently presented in stages. Plus be able to see the actual Columbia which has made 33 missions by going into space and returning safely - right up close - is just beyond words. Mum and dad - make sure and take your kids out there. Its only about an hour from Orlando. Pity we cannot rate it more than a 5. Thank you John F Kennedy.

On arrival we were told your company tickets were not valid. There was.no victor rep present to sort this problem out so it wasted two hours to get this sorted out. As this no way our fault we expect you will refund our money yours in anticipation Alan Sedgwick

Totally not their fault but the lineups were terrible. This is a great place to take the kids to learn and experience new things but we spent the entire day in lineups and were really able to accomplish that much. We took the bus tour and it was packed, we waited most of the day to get on the bus and once we were dropped off we waited to get into the theater room where standing among the hundreds of others and watching the video almost made me pass out. We were informed that it was one of the busiest days of the year and they would probably break records that day. Don't miss this, but watch your days carefully, you and your kids need time to learn what is presented and on our trip we didn't get that (again, not the fault of KSC).
