We didn't know what to expect from the museum attached to Churchill Downs. It did not disappoint. The museum was well thought out, interactive and gave many details about the history of the horses, jockey's and Derby itself. The movie at the beginning was a beautiful tribute to the race.

It was incredible because I have dreamed of seeing the inside of Churchill Downs because I have only take a picture outside of it once.

Excellent guide, very knowledgeable, spoke clearly and loudly. We learnt a lot from him, sorry forgot his name. Film show was also excellent, plus lots of hands on exhibits in the museum. Would recommend it, even if you are not a big horse racing fan.
