Had a great day spent like three hours on the snorkeling tour the reefs are incredible got to see many fish with many colors very relaxing day we were John Pennekamp park what a beautiful park if you’ve never been to the keys I definitely suggest going to Key Largo I heard Keywest is like another three hours

Don’t book this trip! It is completely scam! We waited 2,5 hours for the bus, but it never showed. The. When we finally got in touch with the company they told us that the pick up place has been changed and they notified us about it yesterday, but we never received that information! When I asked about when they contacted us yesterday and how, they couldn’t answer the question. The company refuse the refund us they money, but we could re-book for $99 per person! They say this fee covers the bus and the snorkeling tour. However we have been in direct contact with the snorkeling company, who said that they wouldn’t charge us for rebooking, so they also think it is a very strange situation. Also I contacted TripAdvisor/Viator about the refund, and they won’t help me since they only believe in the merchant.. I recommend that you rent a car from Miami and book the snorkeling tour directly at the snorkeling company. The snorkeling company is called Silent World Diving Center and is only cost around $50 per person. We were two person and we rented a car for $81 one day, so in total it is cheaper than this trip! And you are definitely sure that you won’t get scammed!

The pick up location never changed we pick up at Bayside Market Place. The tour guide and the driver looked for you and you were not there. The change fee is $25 per person but the snorkeling portion unfortunately is not refundable or changeable so you need to pay for that activity as you missed the original booking. We were trying to accommodate you after you missed the bus but you refused.
