My husband and I wanted to get an insider’s perspective on the beautiful community that is Key West, and Lindsey totally delivered! We saw some beautiful art, both from past and present artists living on the island, we chatted with an artist at work in her gallery who was celebrating having her work adorn a local restaurant with her mom, and we felt the dried tobacco leaves a 4th generation family cigar maker was lovingly laying to hand roll cigars. We saw Judy Blume quietly writing on a rooftop green space, and we smelled the leather used to hand-make sandals at a family shop. It was a totally immersive experience, and I am so grateful to have had Lindsey to show us this world! She really helped us see over and over how Key West is one human family!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience on Lindsey Parker’s “Key West Art history tour.” Lindsey was delightful and engaging, and very knowledgeable. She did a very good job, selecting venues to show artwork from past to present time, and explaining how art became such a central part of the economy and culture of Key West. She took us to various wonderful galleries which were a real treat! We were fortunate to have Maxwell, a colleague of Lindsey, come along. As a native son of Key West, he had very interesting info and perspectives on the art scene, and has his own “Live Music” tour. I would highly recommend “Key West Art History Tour”.

This was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend! Lindsey did an outstanding job the tour was a fun interactive learning experience. I have been to Key West many times and she showed us great places I did not know existed!
