I've taken dozens of ghost tours in other cities (St. Augustine, New Orleans, Charlotte, SC, Salem, MA...). Most are given by historians who add scraps of ghost stories to their presentations. Ted, however, is a bonafide paranormal investigator, which brought the cool factor up to about 100,000. My kids loved watching him use the dowsing rods, the ghost box, and the EMF detector. Loved the demonstrations, loved his enthusiasm, and he got the tour group to participate by taking lots of pics. I didn't catch anything, but then again, with as much as I've asked spirits to please show themselves to me, they ignore me like roadkill, so I wasn't surprised. I kind of wished the locations were more interesting to look at. Except for the Artist House and the Oldest House's backyard, we stood in boring alleys and parking lots. Would definitely recommend if you have OLDER kids, as they would find it exciting and scary at the same time. Would def do again! Thanks, Ted!
