Requis - Sécurité des plaisanciers de la Floride : la loi de la Floride exige que toute personne née après janvier 1, 1988 pour passer un test de sécurité des plaisanciers pour conduire un jetski. Chaque conducteur doit présenter un test de sécurité des plaisanciers réussi avant le départ. Les tests ne prennent que 15 minutes et peuvent être passés en ligne

We have booked a 1 JetSki Tour (Parrot Key) which me and my wife were planning to share during the trip. Both of us have never tried a jet ski in our life and we were super exited for this tour. However, this was one of the worst tours we have ever encounter during our travel and for various reasons mentioned below: 1. Our Tour was from 6:00-7:30pm and upon booking we were told that parking is onsite, but it wasn’t. We must pay additional $10 to valet park or else risk parking in Walgreens which we’d not prefer. 2. For 6:00pm tour which started around 6:15, we were asked to come a 5:15pm. 1 hour before 3. We were under the impression that for beginners like us, we will get some sort of training session before we start the high-speed ride, IT WASN’T!! 4. We constantly reminded the crew that we have never tried a jet ski before, and we need at least a bit of dry run before you ask us to ride at 60kmph on a vessel we never sat before. THE CREW NEVER GAVE US A CHANCE!! 5. The Crew keep making fun of us that if you fall don’t fall under the jet ski as it will damage their vessel. Also, if you vomit, do that on the waters and not of the vessel!!! 6. When we couldn’t move forward with our tour as we were NOT GOOD ENOUGH, we were taken back to the base (we were roughly 150 meters out of base), we were told to BOOK THE TICKET FOR THE NEXT DAY TO TRY IT AGAIN. 7. We started at 6:15, they were hurrying us up, and in 4 minutes of starting, we came back and there was not even a slightest discussion of Refund or something like that. 8. CREW was VERY RUDE and wanted more business than a customer’s satisfaction. We’d never recommend anyone to try Sunset Watersport. Try FURY Watersport, may they are better in what they do and more POLITE!!!

Greetings Shaladh, Our crew tried to accommodate your group the entire time. Every guest is given a safety speach & instructional tutorial of how to operate the jetskis. This trip has around 6-8 stops depending on the weather. The first 2 stops are the trial runs. They are short distances and low speed. This is where guests get to slowly test out the machine and get a handle of it. At that time if guests are not able to safely drive the jetski we usher them back to the dock as we want to make sure that we do not get too far from the dock. Additionally, the crew was not making fun of you specifically, they have a few standard jokes in which they say to the entire group. Your group continued to lack safety while you were operating the jetski. We offered to allow your group to go the next day on the same jetski tour as there was a lower amount of guests and you could be given more intimate instruction. Again, after the first two stops, which are about 30 minutes into the tour, your group continued to not listen to the guide and continued to put yourself and all other guests in danger. We had to guide you back to the dock. We sat down with our crew and went through every bullet point on this review and they followed the exact procedures that we recommend in order to ensure the safety of all guests.
