Requis - Sécurité des plaisanciers de la Floride : la loi de la Floride exige que toute personne née après janvier 1, 1988 pour passer un test de sécurité des plaisanciers pour conduire un jetski. Chaque conducteur doit présenter un test de sécurité des plaisanciers réussi avant le départ. Les tests ne prennent que 15 minutes et peuvent être passés en ligne

Jet skiing is not really ‘my thing’ but it’s the type of adventure that’s right up my husbands alley. He’d only tried jet skiing (at much slower speeds) once before this trip. He is 57 (I’m 52) and he is deaf so understanding the instructions and guides is always a challenge for us. Naturally we both rode the same ski (price is per ski not per person) me as the passenger with ears. Gavin was awesome and realized my husband couldn’t hear during the group tutorial beforehand and had him move up closer to read lips better. I was nervous but trust my husband and the guides. I thought going full throttle would be scary but it only took a couple minutes and we were maxed out and I relaxed as I realized it is much smoother and an easier ride the faster you are going (crazy but it is). The tour starts on the gulf side so the water is calmer there than once we crossed over to the Atlantic side. This gave everyone a chance to get used to it and also for the guides to get acquainted with each riders comfort zone. We all stayed spaced @ 100 yds apart (which is not far considering) and with our guides Gavin in front and Scott in the rear none kept all riders in sight at all times. About 1/2 way @ the island on the Atlantic side it was definitely choppier water (which was even more fun) and a few in our group weren’t so sure @ it tho so our guides split us into 2 groups with Scott taking the group who wanted to go slower back the thru the calmer water and Gavin took the rest of us on around the rest of the way. He gave us some history on different parts of the island when we would stop to regroup and take a couple minute break here and there. About 5-6 stops during the 90 minute ride. The equipment is great, guides very helpful and patient. We actually bought a Go-Pro just for this and their jet skis had mounts on them to attach the camera which was super awesome as well. We recorded the whole thing!!! Gavin also took pictures of us which he emailed to us when we got back to shore. Oh, and my husband ROCKED!! He had a blast and can’t stop smiling! :) No matter what your skill level it is a fantastic tour and a great price so if you are undecided about it I say - go for it! And thanks Gavin and Scott you guys are great!!!

We had such a wonderful time on this tour. We went as two couples with very little jet ski experience . The tour guides were very imformative with making sure we understood every part of the trip. The jet skis were in New condition and well maintained. We felt very comfortable knowing our safety was their up most concern. Frequent stops to make sure no one was having difficulty with keeping up with the group. If we return to the keys we will definitely book this trip again.

The whole set up is very slick and operated by professional guides. The jet skis were very stable and quickly covered the key West coastline. We have done many activities over the last 2 weeks in USA and this is one of the best. Book early to avoid disappointment these guys are very popular.
