Requis - Sécurité des plaisanciers de la Floride : la loi de la Floride exige que toute personne née après janvier 1, 1988 pour passer un test de sécurité des plaisanciers pour conduire un jetski. Chaque conducteur doit présenter un test de sécurité des plaisanciers réussi avant le départ. Les tests ne prennent que 15 minutes et peuvent être passés en ligne

Fantastic time! Amazing for kids too. Our youngest was 7. Phil and Jesse were also great and very informative about the island.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids - 4 and 11) was excited to jetski for the first time in our lives. Our expectation based on initial conversation with a member of the staff was that there would be two different groups for the experienced and inexperienced riders. That did not happen - given that there was only one instructor/guide when there was supposed to be two. Steve was our guide for the tour from cow key marina. We were all in a single group - and Steve was constantly emphasizing on riding at full throttle and top speed to have the most control of the jetski and to be able to complete the entire length of tour. We were able to follow the group and head to the initial practice area. However, given that we were first timers and had kids with us (the little one in front of me and not strapped to anything) - we were not comfortable riding at high speeds. We were asked to do a few more practice rounds by Steve again at high speed - which we attempted and did not feel safe enough - with our two kids not strapped in. Steve mentioned multiple times that if we go ahead with the tour and fall behind, there will be no-one to help given that there was only instructor. We were also told that jetski is not for everyone and its ok to head back/quit the tour - which is what we finally decided - given that we did not feel safe riding at high speeds. Steve guided us back to the marina and promised to call us back after discussing with his supervisor about the possibility of a partial refund, however we never heard back. We called back again the next day and explained all of this again - and we were refused a partial refund - with the reason being that we had fundamental issues even operating the jetski - which is the farthest from the truth. We pulled out because there was constant emphasis on riding fast and suggestions to exit the tour if that is not possible. Just an overall unpleasant experience after spending close to $430 and not being on jetski for even 30 minutes.

My family and I had a great time on our Jet Ski tour with guides Morgan and Phil! These guys were very professional, friendly, helpful and also made sure we had fun! I would highly recommend Sunset Watersports for any watersports you may want to try because all the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating! Thank you for such a fun and special time!!🙂
