The chaperone must present a valid photo ID with date of birth. Additionally, one chaperone may accompany up to four guests ages 17 or younger per day. Chaperones must accompany their party during entry, remain with their party at all times during their visit to the park, and be available by phone throughout their stay. Guests ages 17 years old or younger who are found inside the park unaccompanied by a chaperone will be subject to ejection. This chaperone requirement applies to all Knott’s Berry Farm and Knott’s Soak City Waterpark ticket and season passholders. Additional days requiring chaperones may be added at the discretion of Knott’s Berry Farm.

TripAdvisor is NOT user friendly, at all…we had an extremely difficult time pulling up our tickets on my cellphone. I will probably not choose TripAdvisor in the future

The tickets did not work and I was turned away at the gate. I called the agency that provided the ticket and they said it should work. I called Viator and they told me the tickets were canceled. This was a horrible experience and my family’s day was ruined!

The ticket is not usable. I went to Knouts Berry farm yesterday, and the workers told me that the ticket is not recognized. They told me that Knouts did not accept this third party. I need an explanation or compensation.
