Me and my wife just got back from a Trip to Lake Tahoe. Along with great skiing at Heavenly the highlight of trip was our tour with Keith. He showed us many beautiful sites we would have never found or even knew about. He made sure we had a great time. The DVD he sent us with the pictures he took was great - cant wait to have them printed and put on wall. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves the outdoors.......

Every since college the same group of friends have traveled together and now these travels include our grown children. We have been fortunate to have seen some wonderful places. We have fallen in love with Lake Tahoe and have been coming back for 12 years now. Two families in our group have purchased timeshares at the Ridge Resort. As the photography fanatic in our group I called the conceirge at our resort and asked if there was a way to "really" see Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area with a professional photographer. I wanted to find the hidden spots a normal tourist would never see, while getting some tips on photograpy along the way. We got so much more than I could have imagined. We were hooked up with Lake Tahoe Photographic Tours and all fifteen of us had one the greatest times we have ever had in Lake Tahoe. I got to spend time with an amazing photographer Keith Price and his assistant Bob. However, this is more than just a day of photography. They had access to places many people don't even know exist in the Tahoe area and knew the best ways to wiggle up and down to them. You did not need to be a photographer to enjoy the amazing views and gain their insights into the history and interesting tid bits of the area. With such a large group and two young children amongst us, it can get to be difficult to get everyone moving or focused in the same direction. Keith and Bob were so patient with all us and made each and every family feel so special about OUR day. They went out of their way to position each family for many special shots that we will now have forever captured with their wonderful pictures. So you not only get to shoot with a professional, but you leave with magnificant pictures they take of your family or group. And finally I got to be in the pictures instead of behind the lens. Don't leave Lake Tahoe without trying this one. It warms my heart to share this type of experience with others as my day was better than expected and even the skeptics in the group said it was the best day we have had together.

This had to be one of the most amazing things I have ever done. My boyfriend and I went on a photographic tour on Valentine's Day, and it could not have gone better. This service is offered through Keith Price photography, but he was sick, so we were picked up by Bob instead. He picked us up at our hotel at 10:00a.m. and proceeded to take us all around Lake Tahoe. We visited snowy beaches, amazing view points, private roads and smaller lakes, half-frozen waterfalls, etc. It was very snowy during our trip, but luckily it let up a little during our tour, giving us great photo conditions! We had so much fun on this trip, mostly playing and falling in the snow, and Bob snapped a ton of pictures of it. There's a good amount of walking involved in this tour, but it is SO WORTH IT for the pictures that you take. The tours are private, or nearly private. My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to be the only ones on this tour, but I think it's typical for there to be 2 couples (or 4 people). The tour was in a large, comfortable, and clean SUV, and snacks and water were provided along the way. We literally went all over Tahoe, and we got back from our tour around 2:30p.m. No part of the tour was boring, and time absolutely flew! The experience we had on this tour made us fall in love with Tahoe. We saw places we never would have discovered on our own, and I am extremely excited to see the pictures. Bob told us it would take about a week to get the disc, as Keith would be retouching the photos. Awesome! If you go to Tahoe, you should DEFINITELY take this tour. Every time of year has something different to offer, and my boyfriend and I would love to go again in the summer or early fall, for a whole different variety of pictures! :)
