I highly recommend Keith Price's Tahoe Photographic Tours! We had a great time from the moment Keith picked us up in his SUV. Another couple shared the tour with us, and Keith provided healthy snacks and plenty of water for the four-hour tour. He really did take us to spots around Lake Tahoe that we would never have found (or hazarded our car on the road!) without him. Each tour is tailored to the season, time of day, and interests of the participants. We brought along our Nikon D40, but the other couple didn't even bring a camera. Keith brought his equipment and took hundreds of pictures. Some were of us "in action" (feeding Canada geese, clambering on the rocks), some were of each couple posed, and some were of the scenery. Part of the tour package is a DVD of all the pictures that he took. It's a great way to get some shots of you and your family, with all of you in the picture, in some stunningly beuatiful surroundings! He also took the time to give us some pointers on setting up shots and even explained some of the non-automatic settings on our camera, which my husband immediately put to use. Keith is a 30-year resident of the Tahoe area, and knows the lake well. One of the best days we had later in our vacation was at a park that he suggested to us, once he saw our interest in nature photography. We even followed his advice to get up early and get there shortly after the park opened, while the light was still "good." We were glad we did, since the parking lot was filled long before we left. Keith also has plenty of stories about his travels as a professional wildlife photographer, stories about wolves, and mountain lions, and bears, oh my! We ended up purchasing some of his work at the end of the tour, but there is no pressure to do so. He keeps a portfolio in the car to illustrate his stories. While the tour itself was more than worth the cost, it is really Keith's personality and storytelling ability which really make the day the special experience that it is. I would not hesitate to take the tour again on my next trip to Tahoe.

This tour was the highlight of our trip, and the photos are spectacular! Photographer/guide was a PROFESSIONAL, and knows all of the most scenic areas. We hated to see the day end, but will do this again on our next visit. AWESOME!

What an exciting thing to do in Lake Tahoe! My husband and I just returned from this trip and it was the highlight of our fabulous time in Tahoe! There is no better way to see the beauty of Lake Tahoe...imagine having your own professional photographer take you on a tour of the most beautiful spots in Lake Tahoe...taking incredible photographs of you and the local scenery! Keith Price...the internationally know wildlife photographer... loves to share his "secret places" and send you home with a CD full of photographs of your day in magnificent settings. You'll go to places that only a local photographer would know about...incredible waterfalls...mountains reflecting their own image in lakes below...vistas across the lake with the richest blues and tourquoise water below...all are such a magical backdrop for your professional photos! This trip is for anyone...and if you're a fellow photographer, Keith is happy to show you a few "tricks of the trade." He's so professional and such a great guy to spend the day with and his prices are so reasonable. Once you experience Lake Tahoe through Keith Price's lens, you'll want to schedule additional trips with him! You can contact him through his website www.tahoephotographictours.com or by phone [------------]. This is a must do adventure!
