Well, I would've been happy to write a great review but like some other reviewers here, I'm still waiting to get my $500 security deposit reversed on my credit card. For some reason, no one ever answers the phone. I've tried calling for more than a week. I've texted and also emailed. No response. This is poor customer service. Not sure if these guys are hoping people forget about the $500 security deposit, but their lack of response is certainly suspicious. This should've been refunded the next day. It's ridiculous I'm still waiting to get the deposit back after a month. I've disputed the charge with American Express. If you're planning to do business with these guys, try to get the number of the guy who takes you on your ride so you can follow up with him if you don't get your deposit back in a timely manner.

The actual driving experience was great, BUT..... it's been three months and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. After multiple attempts to contact them, I have no choice but to leave a negative review. Until they get this sorted out, I can't recommend them.

We drove the Lamborghini Huracan though the streets of Miami. It was an experience we will remember for a lifetime. The staff were professional with great communication leading up to our reservation . Staff walked us through the car and answered any questions we had. Hitting the streets of Miami in this super car was amazing! We definitely recommend this company and I would suggest the early rental on the day to beat the traffic to maximize the driving experience.
