Driver that picked me up at the airport was an hour late. I had a return ride set for 1-1-25. The company has not responded causing me to have to hire a different company

I'm so incredibly sorry about what you went through. First off, the driver being an hour late to pick you up from the airport is completely unacceptable. That must've been super frustrating, especially after a tiring journey. And then for us not to respond about your return ride on 1 - 1 - 25 and make you go through the hassle of hiring another company, that's just terrible on our part. We dropped the ball big time here.
