Seating goes according to weight and balance. Weight maximum is 250 pounds per person. Passengers are weighed at our facility and passengers weighing over the weight limit are required to purchase an additional seat or will forfeit their flight.
Helicopter seats 6 passengers and 1 pilot. All tours are shared with other passengers. All 6 seats must be purchased for a private tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative time or date.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
Passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time with Identification It is strongly advised to arrive prior to check in time to avoid being charged late fee *** ***LATE FEE PRICES*** Passengers failing to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $50.00 per person late fee. Passengers arriving 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $100.00 per person late fee.
New York Helicopter has the right to cancel, change or delay any flight any time for any reason, which includes weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions implemented by the FAA, minimum number of passengers not met for tour, helicopter maintenance and all other circumstances outside of our control.
$50.00 heliport/fuel fee per person (must be paid on site on travel date)
$50.00 heliport/fuel fee for children under the age of 2 (must be paid on site on travel date)

I highly DONT recommend to use this company services for few reasons: 1. The exprience has no soul, but rather cows led to a place. 2. No welcome, not flight briefing or safety. 3. You can take only photos out side with their camera and not with yours. And I believe they will want money on it. 4. I booked 4 pm for the angle of the sun on the city, we were in the chopper at 3:30 and took off at 4 pm. 5. Pilot was speaking for very short period of time and with accent we couldn’t understand. Save money and see the skyline of New York from one of many view points on the city Aviv

What you have posted is totally false, we have the briefing video on autoplay on a big screen tv. We also do a verbal safety speech, as for taking pictures everyone takes pictures outside in front of the helicopter not inside the waiting room. You did not have any complaints after your took your ride including not understanding the pilot who speaks English very well.

This is a great experience and worth doing. Criticisms of this particular operator are that FUEL isn’t included in the ticket cost so we were slapped with another £150 on booking in. Also they were very strict about arriving an hour before the flight then kept us waiting an additional 20 mins so we were sat around for an hour and 20. When I queried what the delay was the lady I spoke to was very irritated by the question and proceeded to lecture me on the futility of my question.

All fees are posted on your booking, it is customer responsibility to read what they are purchasing. You did not wait 1 hour and 20minutes, you went up 20 minutes after your check in you kept on asking the front desk when your flight was taking off 10 minutes after your check in.
