Join our special Springtime tour of the magnificent Longwood Gardens!

Nestled in the picturesque countryside of Philadelphia lies this dazzling display of flowers, plants and trees. Leave the driving to your guide as they escort you in our spacious and comfortable van down into the Brandywine Valley.

On the ride down, your guide will discuss the history of the area, and how this section of Southeast Pennsylvania saw the birth of the Dupont family legacy. It was a DuPont descendent who would create today's Longwood Gardens.

We will arrange for your entry into the gardens, and once inside, you’ll be able to stroll around the site at your pace. You won’t believe your eyes as you explore the meticulously manicured grounds, or when you enter Longwood’s breathtaking conservatories. The fountains will leave you awestruck as the water dances to music.

After a couple of hours in the gardens, your guide will then escort you back to Philadelphia, capping off a fantastic day!

Don’t miss out on this experience! Longwood gardens is a feast for the eyes! Our guide, James, was knowledgeable, interesting and accommodating. He met us on time & shared a great deal on information on the journey to and from Longwood, as well as answering our questions. Taking this tour is easily the best way to get there and back without the hassle of renting a car or figuring out public transport. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat, but perhaps would like to have an extra hour or two at Longwood…. There’s so much to see!

We stayed in Center City, Philadelphia and had to rent a car to get to Longwood Gardens, about an hour away. GPS in the city can be confusing and we made many wrong turns the trip getting there was not helpful. I had visited once before with my mother and sister and knew I had to come again with my spouse. It was very crowded (mid April and beautiful weather) but definitely worth it. I wish we could visit often any time of the year. A special place with huge conservatories full of plants and beautiful walks around gardens and fountains.

My family and I had a great time on the Longwood Gardens experience. Dale was the perfect guide: personable, knowledgeable and amenable to any of our preferences. Our 15-year old say this outing was the highlight of our vacation for him!
