The bus was 90 degrees when we got inside. All of the windows were closed so we couldn't get a breeze or any fresh air. The trip was DANGEROUS and completely miserable. We were so relieved when the tour was over. We were sweating profusely, it was hard to breath. We all had headaches, sick to our stomachs, and were exhausted from overheating. Customer service did NOT care at all. It is dangerous to lock people in a 90 degree box for 2 hours without adequate air conditioning. We literally wanted to be dropped off on a random corner during the trip to take a cab ride back to get out of the 'hot box' bus. I know California weather is hot- this isn't a review of the weather. It's a review of the UNSAFE conditions of the bus. The trip ruined our entire day, it was pure suffering. We've taken the Starline Celebrity home tours many times before with the windows open and it was a wonderful experience. Starline cares more about their passengers. Big Bus is shady. After their complete DISMISSAL of our HORRIBLE and DANGEROUS experience I will never book with them again and I will share my experience with anyone who will listen. Customer safety and customer care is important!!!

Excellent experience and knowledgeable driver. A bit fast and hot weather for the open bus ride. Considered driving
