What a fantastic tour. My sister in laws parents were visiting from Indiana and her uncle from Serbia. I did a lot of checking and emailed Starline. Gwen got back with me and helped do an Intenary for 5. We took the Amtrak from San Juan Capistrano to Union station. Starline even picked us up at Union Station. We spent 6 hrs with Ross. He was a great guide. Through Hollywood, Rodeo Drive. All the tourist things my family wanted to do. Lunch at Farmers Market. Etc. We went to the walk of fame by the Chinese theater. Starlines office is right there. We met Alex who is a boss for Starline. Nicest guy. They even took us back to Union station to catch the train home. If you don’t have to drive to LA/Hollywood, don’t do it. Haha. What we really appreciated was the customer service. Gwen followed up us until the day we arrived. Confirming if changes had to be made etc. My family wants to come back and do the beach tour with Starline. Again taking the train. I highly recommend this company. Especially if going with family, do the private tour. You conform your trip to exactly what you want to see. Thank you Gwen, Ross and Alex. The entire Starline group. You made the day and their trip the highlight. Until next time Lori

We took a group of individuals with disabilities to California. I worked with Gwen to plan our week and Gwen was kind and wonderful to work with. Albert was our driver and Albert was amazing! He was funny, kind, knowledgeable about the area, included our group in conversations, and was great and showing us the area. He knew where to take us and kept us laughing. We give five stars to Star Line Tours! Wonderful experience and great people! Albert and Gwen, you rock!
