Lovers Key Guided Eco Tour-Mangrove Estuary

This is a 2 hour and 15 minute tour with Lovers Key Adventures master naturalist guide, Stephen, who expertly guides our guests through the mangrove canopied estuary explaining the importance of the southwest Florida eco-system -the history of the area- from the Calusa Indians, Conquistadors, and Ponce De Leon..on. He finds wildlife and introduces our guests to the various birds, vegetation, dolphins, and manatee (if they’re around that day;) This is one of the unique experiences available in southwest Florida. No tour is ever the same there is no script and many guests return year after year to enjoy Stephen's expertise and the beauty of Lovers Key
Our guests also often take advantage of the beaches and hiking trails offered inside the state park. There are many photo opportunities available to capture the memories of this incredible experience within the natural surroundings of the untouched Florida landscape.

This was a highlight of our recent Florida trip and visit to Lovers Key State Park. Our guide, Stephen Denmark, was so helpful and informative regarding the manatees (we saw many) area birds and marine life, including a sea horse only a few inches long. We highly recommend this tour!

We took this tour in a double Kyak for my husband's birthday. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. We were able to paddle right next to several Manatees and other wildlife. Stephen Denmark, our guide, was a lovely man and very helpful and full of information on the area and ecology. Would highly recommend this experience for anyone.

We had a great kayak tour this morning. There were many manatee swimming all around us. Our guide Stephan Denmark was very informative. He showed us several different types of crab and a starfish. Stephen also pointed out many of the different species of birds surrounding us. A very enjoyable, easy paddle among the mangroves.
