We drove 4 1/2 hours starting at 6:00 am to make our scheduled tour. It had been canceled the day before by the operators due to a storm. Viator did not let us know. We had to call them at the location and tell them. They then found an email that had been sent to them that morning from the operators and tried to tell us they just got it. But we had already spoken to the operators and they had emailed Viator earlier that morning and refunded money to them. But we will not get our refund for 5-10 business days. NOT good customer service. In addition, yesterday a balloon flight was cancelled due to weather and Viator did Not tell us. The pilot called at 3:30 am to let us know. (Again we had gotten up at 2am to get ready!) When talking to Viator they took NO responsibility, nor did they apologize. When asked what sevices they were actually providing for their funds- there was no answer. We have 2 more events scheduled with them this week. We'll see how that goes....
