We had Jaycee for our Tour Guide. She was amazing as she explained things really well and was very personable. There were some annoying people in our group that kept taking pictures when they were not supposed to and took video (that is not allowed.) She was patient but had to get firm with them because it is a safety issue. Jaycee gets a 11 out of 10 stars from my daughter and I from Michigan.

We got literally pushed through the canyon and when we complained about that even jelled on and threatened to be kicked out of the canyon. Never again!

Nick is the excellent guide who understood that we are tourists and would like to spend time and allowed us to stay there for little more time and helped us in taking excellent pictures.
