Cet Active Van Tour est un excellent moyen de voir le parc national de Yellowstone en commençant par la ville-porte amusante de West Yellowstone. La partie tôt le matin de la visite explore les repaires de la faune dans le célèbre Shadow Canyon de la rivière Madison. Cette région abrite des ours et des wapitis. Our tour was on 10/6/22 from 7 am to 3 pm. We arrived at Old Faithful on 10/5/22. Next morning got up at 5:30am drove about an hour to West Yellowstone and was at designated parking by 7. Pitch dark and no van! Called their number and got voicemail saying its full and cannot leave msg. At 7:03 emailed them with my cell no. but nobody called. Started driving around thinking we were at wrong place and around 7:20 am saw a van looking like theirs, followed it and it went to the location we were at 7 a.m.! Told the driver why they are late and she said well, you don't have to go!! I asked her whether can get a refund and she said she does not have any money on her and will refund our money (over $500! booked by our agent). We left therefore. Here is why they get a 0 rating: They are not refunding saying that is their policy and their driver did not offer us a refund and saying they were there on time... Here is another fact: why would we drive an hour the day after arrival, pitch dark and choose to not go and forfeit our money? If we wanted to forfeit we would have not driven an hour there and an hour back! They were not there at 7 as we were instructed for a 7-3 tour. We got lucky to even find them 20 minutes later and they offered us a refund which then they said they did not. They cannot be trusted.

The driver said she arrived at the Visitor Center for the pick up at 7:15AM. Pickups at the hotels in West Yellowstone begin at 7AM. We arrive at the Visitor's Center at 7:15AM. This is stated clearly on our website and third-party booking materials. In this case, when the driver arrived the clients told her they were no longer "in the mood". She never offered a refund but said it was necessary to contact the office for information regarding a last-minute cancellation. I cannot offer a refund when we have upheld our end of the contract and have already prepared and arrived for the trip. To receive a full refund it is necessary for customers to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot issue a refund for a last-minute cancellation.

We had the best day with Meg!! She was so knowledgable and friendly; especially towards our 5yr old! And our 9 and 11yr olds!! Also, I forgot my binoculars in the van and had departed the area the next day unable to retrieve from West Yellowstone. Josh and Emily shipped them back to New York for me. AMAZING! highly recommend all the way around. Would love to go back.

This tour is a great way to see the sights of the Lower Loop if you don’t want to drive. Our guide, Alex, was knowledgeable and fun and we saw some beautiful places including Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic and the gorgeous “Grand Canyon of Yellowstone” at Artist’s Point. A nice brown bag lunch with treats was provided for a picnic by Lake Yellowstone and hot and cold drinks were welcomed on the cool morning. Wildlife was scarce but we did see bison from a distance and there was lots of pretty scenery. Pick up and drop off at the hotel was right on time. This is a small company and they go above and beyond in customer satisfaction!
