Booking was very easy on TripAdvisor, I received an email with an electronic ticket and an address to the shop in town. When we arrived at the shop we picked up some reasonably priced water shoes and received directions to the check-in station which is a few miles down the road. The check-in was easy, we signed the waiver forms right there, they helped us with life jackets and helmets, then we and hopped on a shuttle bus with the tour guides for a 15 minute ride down to the river. When we got there there was a thorough safety lesson and then we all helped carry our raft down to the beach. Our guide’s name was Hunter and he did a fantastic job of engaging everyone in the raft, shouting out directions loud and clear as needed, and preparing us for the different sections of the river. Hunter was key in helping us safely enjoy the river and we hope to ride with him again some day.
