Had a great time at Madame Tussauds! The wax figures were impressive, and the interactive exhibits made it even more fun. However, the photo service on Level 3 was misleading—staff took pictures without mentioning the $38 charge, which was unexpected at checkout. More transparency would improve the experience, but overall, it was a fun visit!

We chose this wax museum as part of our Go City pass for Los Angeles. We had so much fun! So many cool iconic figures throughout the years and wonderful photo opportunities. When we went in, we were like well how much fun can it actually be in a wax museum but we had a FREAKING blast! I also recommend going to the 4D Marvel movie, lots of fun!

Great museum but they need to work on streamlining the process of purchasing tickets via trip advisor. they were not much help and wanted me to purchase tickets twice when they couldnt find them in the system. be careful make sure you have the tripadvisor tickets downloaded correctly they will not be able to grant admission if not.
