They cancelled on last minute !!! And refuse to refund !!!! Terrible attitude !!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!!!

My husband and I were gifted this carriage ride for our 50th wedding anniversary. We were engaged in a horse carriage ride and our kids remembered that. It was such a wonderful experience! Our driver, Henry, was so nice and he told us the history of the places as we passed. Our horse, Handsome Jack, knew his job and went about it in a very well behaved manner. You could see he was well cared for and loved. They gave us a bottle of champagne. We stopped at an incredibly beautiful section of the park for photos. My husband and I are born and bred New Yorkers and neither of us had even seen this particular spot. It is amazing. Our photographer (arranged through NYC Horse Carriage) was another amazing wealth of information about the area we were in. He and his assistant were also so very kind. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you have the chance, add this to your list of things to do in NYC!
