Nate was GREAT. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Wish he would’ve been able to go on the boat with us, but he had to stay back and try to gather us all together again, which seemed unnecessary.

Nobody show up at the meeting point at Niagara Falls, I had to call to customer service to find out what happened, so the representative said that the service is not going to work that day. Even though my booking reference exist. I never got a message from them, never a call or nothing to say anything. If wouldn’t have call , I would probably lost the entire day waiting there. I have asked for cancellation and refund, the rep told is going to take 3-7 days , I hope they really do it

We got to Hard Rock early. We was told to be there in the description. The company is on USA side. The Hard Rock was on Canada side. Not given clear instructions. No one from company was there and no signs up. We checked with Canadian boat tours. They said Maid of the Mist was American side. Walked over there, they said we had to go back to Canada side. We said forget it and bought the ticket to get on the boat. We heard other people doing the same thing.
