This tour was interesting. We learned a lot about the history of some of Jerome and we were provided with machines to be able to talk to the ghosts. I do have to knock off some points because our tour guide was late and then we were rushed towards the end of the tour because he had another tour after us. Also, I wish there would have been more group activity when trying to speak to then ghosts because we didn’t necessarily know what to say and I felt there could’ve been more guidance with that. Also, most places we walked on the tour we weren’t able to explore much because of construction or private property, and I know there are other places that are known to be haunted that we could’ve explored if these places weren’t open to the public. Overall, the best part of the tour was the information about the areas we were exploring.

Sadly, we didn’t see any spirits last night- unless they’re in my pile of photos & I didn’t see them yet. I did hear a voice on the spirit box tell us 10-4 when we asked if they wanted us to leave, and a voice say hello when I said hello. I also spoke about Ireland in detail at the grave of a man born in the 1800’s in county Antrim & there was a lot of sound from the spirit box, but I couldn’t make out words. Either way, it was a great tour- we learned a lot about Jerome & it was great way to spend the evening! @ Ghost Town Tours Jerome Arizona

So the folks who work there are really great but the organization of the tours were my main issue. I purchased 6 tickets as it states max 8 people per group. I definitely wanted that intimate experience for my friends and I, with the potential of another couple joining us. When we started there were 11 individuals total, when I asked the tour guide about the group size, he acted as if he didn’t know and said that, “oh they must of joined”. The second issue was the tour guide would talk about stuff as he walked with the group behind him. Maybe if he had a microphone or waited to speak in each significant with the group around him, our experience would have been more pleasurable. Finally, although we each had a EMF detector we didn’t seem to experience much ghostly moments. I would find it much more significant if we had 1 EMF reader and 1 EVP reader and conducted readings as a group. More historical facts were shared vs ghost encounters. We spent 65 dollars on each ticket, with that money we could have paid for a private ghost guide then this group walk around town.
