Pick up time is 8am. 7:30am elderly mom and I were ready waiting with another older couple at lobby. We made sure to be early to get a seat somewhere in front of the van. However when van came, people who came later than us (some came at 8am), rushed and ran to get front seats. We ended up on the last 2 rows with the older couple we waited who said they waited since 7:15am. Some of the stops only allowed 15 mns. By the time we got off the van, it was time to get back in - ABSOLUTE WORST TOUR EVER! There should be a sign at hotel pick site "E-noa tours pick up LINE STARTS HERE" - make sure driver enforces. Not recommended for old folks or people with mobility issues who can't fight or run to board.

We are so sorry this happened. I agree, if we could put up signs at our stops that would make the process so much better for guests and our drivers. We are unfortunately not allowed to do this. Thank you so much for reaching out and letting us hear about your experience. I sincerely hope you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay in Hawaii.
