American Pro Diving Center helps visitors and locals explore the clear, teeming waters of Florida with year-round manatee tour adventures. This tour is for both swimmers and riders. All the equipment is included on this manatee snorkel tour in Crystal River, Florida. Snorkelers don on wet suits, mask, snorkel and fins to see a large population of resident sea cows. Our in-water guides known as the Dive-master keep the experience safe and fun for both manatees and people. Snorkelers swim with these gentle giants for a once in a lifetime experience. The manatee experience was great, but the service was terrible. We got told you can change anywhere just not where the wet suits were, wasn't even told there were changing rooms. We were a group of 4 with another group 4, we got told they didn't have enough room to take us all in their van and had to drive ourselves to the water. We weren't given any direction and she didn't even wait for us, on the way back she rambled off some directions and just took off with out us. All attention was given to the 4 grown adults while my husband, myself and kids were completely ignored and my kids struggled to keep up with the guide, my daughter was done within an hour and wanted to go back to the boat, because she was just struggling to much. They said at the beginning that they help the kids to get comfortable in the water and around the manatee but we saw none of that. There were absolutely no photos of us, and anytime my husband and kid finally caught up to her, she said they were done and moved on to another area. We didn't even know her name until the end of the swim when everyone was saying her name. While we waited in the parking lot at the end of our tour, we watched 8 people plus the driver leave in their van for the next tour, but somehow 9 didn't fit with our group

American Pro Diving was an awesome company. TJ, Abby and Guy were professional and engaging from start to finish. Their customer service was second to none from the start when we took a wrong turn and were running late to the awesome pictures/videos I purchased at the end of the experience. Amazing experience, amazing prices and exceptional customer service. Thank you guys.
