Absolutely a buck list checking adventure. Steph and Ryan were top shelf. Service was great, the experience was unreal. I was also impressed with the professionalism and emphasis on sustainable ecotourism. Being able to legally encounter a manatee in the wild is a rare and wonderfully privilege that shouldn’t be taken lightly. My wife and I greatly enjoyed our experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Great adventure, being in the water with manatees swimming around us! Stephanie was a great in-water guide, and Captain Peter knew where to find some of these beautiful creatures....he even found some where no other tours were happening. Loved it! Would do it again!

I've marked as couple because there is no option for just family, it was me, my fiancee, his dad and step mum and we were accompanied by a lovely mother and daughter from NY as well. All over the age of 25. Ryan and Kate were fantastic, they were both extremely friendly and talkative, waived a lot of our concerns about the manatees and gave us loads of information about them. We found a couple of manatees fairly quickly after reaching the river and Kate stayed with the. and ensured all our party got a real good look and had a good amount of time with them. She is a brilliant guide and even told people to grab on the her to help them get closer. After they swam off Ryan gave us the choice to go with to a guaranteed manatee spot with 20 other swimmers or go looking, unanimously the boat choose to go looking. We got to see many areas that some don't even get to see, and see much more wildlife. We didn't see any more manatees but it did not detract from the experience of cruising along the river, and swimming around with bass, mullet and blue crabs in a handy secret spring which Ryan knew about. On returning to the shop Kate showed us the pictures she had been taking throughout with her underwater camera, and we were delighted to find out that we could purchase a USB stick with them all on. We all had a fantastic time, would highly highly recommend it. When we go back to Orlando we will definitely be doing this again. Manatees are amazing creatures and it is a life experience I will never ever forget.
