I was travelling alone for the first time to NYC. This service was convenient and easy to use. You have to be patient because they wait until the van is full to leave for the airport. On my way in the city, I was in the van for over an hour, on my way back to the airport, over two hours.

I booked shared transport for arrival and departure, arrival only took 30 mins from the Airport to the Hotel, the departure trip took 1 hour 30 mins, it wasn't as if we were the first pick up, we were the last but one! The reason it took so long is because the driver had to drop off a parcel on his 'way' which obviously wasn't on his way because it trippled the journey time!! The only reason I would chose shared transport again is because it's a lot cheaper but be prepared for a long journey and you can be squashed onto the bus!

Driver was prompt and vehicle was very clean and comfortable. We arrived at the airport with time to spare before our flight.
