The trip ended up to be not what I paid for. To be fair, it was not the aviation's fault. The weather was not good and for 3 days we kept rescheduling it, until the last day they told us that we could fly above NYC and I should be in the heliport withing the hour. We took a cab and after we were there, we spend almost 1,5 hours waiting. In the meantime, the hour has gone around 4 - 4.30 and started raining. In the end we took some pictures, boarded 4 people in the helicopter and took off. We were sitting on the right side of the helicopter and we didn't see the Statue of liberty, as it was on the left side only. Manhattan was covered with clouds, so the trip from 17-20 minutes was transformed to 12-15. The ground zero was "there between the buildings" and we never saw the Yankee stadium. After getting down I asked at least to give us the pictures we took before boarding as a refund for the reduced service we got, but they refused and asked me 20 for each photo. I didn't want to ruin more of my vacation and took of. Next time I will try some other aviation company that seemed more organized to me.
