Book this trip with them!! Getting there at the specified time was perfect. I recommend bringing a GoPro or a super great waterproof phone case so you’re able to record the whole time. Although just watching and experiencing is amazing as well. They went over all the guidelines and safety stuff before and during which was nice. We got to the viewing spot, Before other boats did and were able to snorkel before the big show. Then we got back on the boat, put on our gear and went out on the make shift paddle boards to go see the mantis. This is definitely a hit or miss with seeing the show that you would want to see, but the crew moved us around to make sure we were able to see the big show (which other companies didn’t do) and once we saw the mantis so close to us (like in our face), it was breathtaking. The crew and the captain were great. I definitely will be doing this tour with them again.

From start to finish, this experience was top notch. The Captain and Crew were informative, friendly, and engaging. If you've never been snorkling before, be warned that this experience can be a little bit overwhelming. My 13-year-old daughter had a border-line panic attack and had to be taken back to the boat. However, the Crew was EXCELLENT in calming her down and leading her back to the boat. Otherwise, the rest of the family thuroughly enjoyed the experience, and it's something you should totally do if you enjoy seeing marine wildlife up-close and personal. Also, be sure you hit the bathroom before hand. There's a toilet on board, but it's only for #1.

This was the second time going out to see the mantas but the first time with this company. I’m disappointed about this boat excursion my husband and I went on. The captain had a very bad snappy attitude. It’s clear that he is not a people person. The captain had an attitude gave that off a very negative energy that was felt by the crew and the rest of the guests/passengers. When we were in the water the other boats were having a great time, they were hollering and making noise. Our boat was silent while the captain scrutinized each persons position in the water. He wanted all the guests/passengers to lay their body in the water hold the board in a specific way. The captain snapped at me for coming in too soon to the boat, when I was called to be the next person to get out of the water. Because the captain had a bad attitude I’m giving this review 2 stars.
