At the glacier, our expert guides will lead you on a two-hour trek across ancient ice, showcasing its incredible features. Learn about the glacier’s history and impact on the landscape. The moderate hike requires good balance, sturdy knees, and proper footwear. We provide all necessary glacier gear, including helmets and microspikes.

After the trek, warm up with a hearty lunch at a nearby lodge with stunning glacier views. Snacks and water will be available throughout the trip.

We had a great time on this tour. We received a lot of useful local knowledge from our personable tour guide, who even took us to a great brewery for lunch afterwards! Fantastic, comfortable, enjoyable!!

After my time in Fairbanks, I wanted to explore Anchorage and I'm so glad I stumbled on Alaskan Sights & Bites!!! What an incredible couple of days with sightseeing, glacier hike, wilderness tour and some great food and beer along the way. Chris was knowledgeable and friendly and stopped at so many points along the way so we could take in the beauty of Alaska. Cannot wait to go back for more!!
